Potato Garlic Bites Recipe
Makes 24 (as seen)
1cup mashed potatoes
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup rice flour
2 tbsp cornflour
Oil for frying
Step 1 – Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic.
Step 2 – Add in chili powder, salt and water.
Step 3 – Bring to a boil and then add rice flour.
Step 4 – Mix vigorously to avoid lumps.
Step 5 – Cook on low flame for a minute or two till everything comes together to form dough.
Step 6 – Remove on a plate and add potato once cooled.
Step 7 – Then add cornflour, mix well to form dough.
Step 8 – Adjust seasonings.
Step 9 – Shape and deep fry on medium flame.
Step 10 Serve hot with ketchup.
