Mango Mojo

Mangoes are in season! Quench your thirst using them to make this new summer drink.

I am going to serve it for iftari as it has the goodness of a fruit that energizes and refreshes at the same time. Also, since it’s so easy to make – ideal for last minute iftar serving.

It’s perfect for anyone who wants to #beattheheat irrespective of them fasting or not coz #summerishere and a chilled glass of beverage is always welcome

MANGO MOJO

Ingredients

1 ripe mango cut into pieces
2 tablespoons jaggery
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon chopped raw mango
Handful of mint leaves

Blend everything to a smooth juice with loads of ice cubes.
